Central Ticket Office

This is the office that issues the Fixed Penalty Notice (speeding ticket).  If you have any questions regarding the Notice that has been sent to you or you have misplaced you drivers licence then please write to them at:

A telephone helpline operates between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday: (01482) 398200. The operator will ask you to verify your name, address, date of birth and the notice reference number. Please have this to hand to enable a quick response.

Please be aware that due to audit purposes you may still be required to write in with your information.

Accepting the 'Conditional Offer' of the Fixed Penalty Notice?

Please follow the instructions on the Conditional Offer form and send your form to:

Please note - it can take up to 28 days to process the notice. If you need your driver's licence to be returned to you urgently, please post the documents by Recorded Delivery.
