Central Ticket Office
This is the office that issues the Fixed Penalty Notice (speeding ticket). If you have any questions regarding the Notice that has been sent to you or you have misplaced you drivers licence then please write to them at :-

A telephone helpline operates between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday (01482 398200). The operator will ask you to verify your name, address, date of birth and the notice reference number. Please have this to hand to enable a quick response.
Please be aware that due to audit purposes you may still be required to write in with your information.
Accepting the “Conditional Officer” of the Fixed Penalty Notice ?
You need to send the following documents to the Fixed Penalty Notice Office
- The drivers statement of liability (which can be found on page 3 of the original notice)
- The payment of £60 (cheque or postal orders need to be made payable to the Fixed Penalty Clerk or complete the debit / credit card details on the form
- Valid drivers licence (don’t forget to send both parts of the photo card licence
THE CONDITIONAL OFFER CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED IF ALL THREE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED TOGETHER.

Please note – it can take up to 28 days to process the notice. If you need your drivers licence to be returned to you urgently please post the documents by Recorded Delivery.
